Политика аннуляции брони
Любая отмена и аннуляция бронирования должна быть представлена в письменной форме на адрес электронной почты отеля reception@annalenahotel.com
В случае несвоевременной отмены брони, позднего заезда и раннего выезда без предварительного предупреждения как минимум за 48 часов до даты заезда, будет снята с карточки сумма, равная первой ночи проживания.
